However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, you must provide an unboxing video as proof. Without this video evidence, we will not be able to process a replacement.

Once the replacement is received, it will be verified based on the unboxing video. Upon successful verification, a new product will be arranged and dispatched within 5 working days. Delivery may take an additional 3–4 days.

Our standard order processing time is 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Delivery time ranges between 2-3 days after dispatch for Delhi (NCR) and 3-5 days for the rest of India.
