At Laadli, we strive to provide high-quality products with exceptional craftsmanship. Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds on any orders.

However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, you must provide an unboxing video as proof. Without this video evidence, we will not be able to process a replacement.

To report a damaged item, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement  within 5 days.

Our standard order processing time is 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Delivery time ranges between 2-3 days after dispatch for Delhi (NCR) and 3-5 days for the rest of India. This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us which will include a tracking number that can be used to track your order. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
