At Laadli, we strive to provide high-quality products with exceptional craftsmanship. Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds on any orders.
However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, you must provide an unboxing video as proof. Without this video evidence, we will not be able to process a replacement.
Once the replacement is received, it will be verified based on the unboxing video. Upon successful verification, a new product will be arranged and dispatched within 5 working days. Delivery may take an additional 3–4 days.
